Delete your OPIFIRM account

Delete from inside the app

Signed-in users can request deletion without contacting anyone:

1. Open OPIFIRM on mobile and go to More → Account (on desktop: Settings → Delete account).
2. Choose whether to delete your user account or, if you own the workspace, the whole company workspace.
3. Type your sign-in email to confirm and submit the request.

Deleting an account is not the same as signing out (which only ends the session on that device) or being deactivated by an administrator (which keeps your records).

Request deletion without the app

Email opifirm.erp@gmail.com from the address you use to sign in, with the subject “Account deletion request”. State whether you want your user account or your entire company workspace deleted. We verify ownership before acting on the request.

What is deleted

• User account: your login credentials, profile details, roles, personal preferences, notification and device registrations, and saved drafts.
• Company workspace (owner only): all company data — products, inventory, warehouses, suppliers, customers, sales, purchasing, manufacturing, HR and accounting records, uploaded documents, and every staff account in the workspace.

What is retained, and why

• Records we are legally required to keep — invoices, tax and statutory accounting documents — are retained for the period required by applicable law and then deleted.
• Payment and billing records held by our payment provider (Merchant of Record) are retained under their own legal obligations.
• Security and audit logs are retained in de-identified form where required to protect against fraud and abuse.

How long it takes

Requests are confirmed immediately in the app and completed within 30 days. You can cancel a pending request from the same screen at any time before it is processed. We email you when deletion is complete.

Staff and owners

Ordinary staff can only delete their own user account; they cannot delete a company workspace. Only the workspace owner can request deletion of the entire company, which also removes all staff accounts in it.
