Billing and payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payments, invoicing and applicable taxes. You can cancel at any time from your workspace billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Changing plans and refunds
Upgrade or downgrade whenever your team or warehouse count changes. Limits apply immediately. If OPIFIRM ERP is not right for you, our refund policy gives you 30 days to request your money back. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
